In what was a challenging 2020 for all, we are proud and delighted to receive this award from the Global Health & Pharmaceutical Magazine (GHP) recognising our sustained endeavour for excellent care and outcomes to our patients despite the recent impact of COVID-19.
We set out and strategised new goals and Covid guidance to ensure we kept staff and patients safe, including the addition of weekly COVID tests for all staff and patients undergoing surgery.
This award illustrates our continued high standard of service, and it is an honour to be viewed as a leading light in the healthcare industry. We strive to exceed patients expectations both in terms of outcomes and experience and have been fortunate to be able to provide treatment to high numbers of patients during 2020. The Centre is recognised by the ophthalmic industry as a centre of excellence and point of reference and continues its pioneering work.
