Fluorescein

A dye used in eye exams to detect damage or measure tear film.

Flashes and Floaters

Flashes appear as brief streaks of light, while floaters are moving specks or strands in the vision. Both can be normal but may also signal retinal changes.

Floaters

Floaters are small, shadow-like shapes that drift across your vision, usually caused by minor changes in the gel inside the eye. They are typically harmless, but a sudden increase may require a specialist assessment.
