Centre for Sight are very excited to host the UK's first 3D live VICTUS Surgery tommorow.
In partnership with Bausch and Lomb Technolas, our VICTUS Symposium will feature the first live VICTUS Femtosecond Laser Cataract Surgery in 3D. Imported from the USA the state-of-the-art 3D equipment will provide the visiting world-class surgeons the ultimate viewer experience.
The day itself is structured with lectures in the morning and mid-afternoon given by Bausch and Lomb Technolas representatives as well as Sheraz M Daya, Saj Khan, Erik Mertens and Julian Stevens. The lectures will be about Femtosecond Laser Cataract Surgery and the development/innovations this has created in cataract surgery. View day’s events here. "Centre for Sight are privileged to work with Bausch and Lomb Technolas in arranging this event", adds Mr Sheraz Daya, who will be performing the live surgery tomorrow. "3D live surgery will surely be the highlight of the day, even I have to wear the glasses while I perform surgery!"
