20 Years of LASIK

LASIK laser vision correction is now 20 years old and being celebrated worldwide, especially in Europe where many advances took place well ahead of the USA.

Our medical director Sheraz Daya is recognized amongst Europe’s pioneers and featured amongst other LASIK pioneers on the cover of Eurotimes, a highly respected and widely read publication of the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons. Mr. Daya is known for introducing LASIK to the UK in 1995 and having taught numerous surgeons in Europe with Centre for Sight acting as a reference site for the industry.
